Things to carry:
Before your first class, then every class.

Water Bottle:
Staying hydrated is crucial during any physical activity. Bring a reusable water bottle you can refill throughout the class.

Separate Training Shoes:
Wear sports shoes specifically designed for exercise that provide proper support and traction. Avoid wearing sandals, flip-flops, or street shoes, as they can be unsafe for movement.

Extra T-shirt:
You might sweat during the class, so an extra t-shirt is a good idea to stay comfortable and dry.

Skipping Rope:
You'll need a skipping rope for cardio exercises that improve coordination and heart health. Choose a rope with adjustable length for a proper fit.

Yoga Mat (optional):
A comfortable yoga mat is essential for cushioning your body during exercises. Make sure it's large enough for you to lie down comfortably with your arms outstretched.

Hand Towel:
Boxing training is quite cardio intensive especially during summer months, a hand towel would be necessary for sweat.
